Lodgco names Scott Stuart president

Grand Rapids, MI-based management company Lodgco Hospitality has appointed Scott Stuart as its new president. He succeeds Ann Kelly, who recently retired.

Stuart brings 37 years of experience in hospitality leadership. His most recent role was as SVP, Aimbridge Hospitality. In this role, Stuart was responsible for the oversight of 275 hotels as part of the Aimbridge portfolio of management.

In his new role, Stuart’s responsibilities are all-encompassing strategic leadership, stakeholder relations, operational management and financial oversight. His focus is on growing the portfolio through third-party management contracts as well as construction and acquisition of new properties.
