Lodgco Hospitality has promoted Susie Nowakowski to VP, operations. She has been with the company for six years, most recently serving as corporate director of operations.
In her new role, Nowakowski will oversee day-to-day operations for Lodgco’s properties, working closely with hotel leaders to drive performance, enhance the guest experience and ensure operational alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
She will play a critical role in leading the transition team as Lodgco assumes management of owned or managed assets, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into the company’s portfolio.
