LivAway Suites has initiated construction on its newest location in Surprise, AZ, marking the brand’s third hotel in the state over the last three months.

The hotel is located near two medical centers: Banner Del E Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center. It also sits near the Amazon Fulfillment Center, BNSF Automotive Distribution Center and Red Bull Distribution Center. Being in close proximity to these healthcare hubs and reputable distribution centers, the company expects it to be the extended-stay hotel for employees on work travel, distribution center trainees, travel nurses and healthcare patients. The location is also near the spring training facility for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, attracting sports fans, players and families visiting Surprise.

The first three locations under construction in Tolleson, Glendale and now, Surprise, mark the beginning of LivAway Suites’ growth plans for the valley. With plans to add more than a dozen hotels across the state over the next several years, and the recent opening of West77 Partners offices in Scottsdale, the company has established the greater Phoenix market as a hub for the brand.
