Leisure Real Estate Advisors LLC has arranged the sale of the Holiday Inn Express Fremont located in Fremont, NE. Built in 2003, the 94-key hotel was listed for $9.6 million.
Fremont is situated along the Platte River, about 40 miles from downtown Omaha. The hotel is among the highest performers for the Express brand in the IHG system, according to the company.
“A high-revenue-producing Holiday Inn Express offering, with great net income, will always attract attention and garner activity, and this one was no exception,” said Brent Jaynes, managing partner, Leisure Real Estate Advisors LLC. “We fielded more than 50 NDAs and multiple offers in a matter of weeks from the launch of the marketing.”
Jaynes and Leisure Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, Fremont Hotels Inc., in the marketing and sale of the hotel.
The buyer, Oracle Holdings LLC, an investment group with another hotel holding in the Omaha area, will continue operating the Express under a new 15-year license agreement with IHG. Noble Hospitality has assumed management for Oracle.
