Open while undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, the Artisan Hotel Boutique is evolving into The Lexi – Elevations Hotels and Resorts, a new 64-room hotel concept that will be the first in Las Vegas to introduce the idea of cannabis-friendly hospitality. It is scheduled to open in the spring.
Embracing its “small and cheeky” mentality, the hotel will feature all-new guestrooms and suites, including an entire fourth floor that will be designated cannabis-friendly with each room featuring a RestorAir filtration system that employs Advanced Oxidation Cell (AOC) technology. While normalizing the idea of cannabis in travel, The Lexi is focused on creating a premium hospitality concept for all guests with a promise of delivering personal and superior service, along with a delicious and inspired culinary and cocktail program, and launching a spring/summer pool party season that is designed to provide a high-energy good time, the company reports.
The Lexi will be home to a new Cajun-inspired steakhouse concept helmed by Executive Chef Jordan Savell (Hell’s Kitchen, Season 19), the newly designed Artisan Bar & Lounge, The Lexi Pool (one of Las Vegas’s only European style pool experiences) and the reimagined Chapel Room. Additionally, The Lexi has created a new grand lobby. Serving as the nucleus of The Lexi social scene, the lobby is designed to transform for live music and intimate entertainment concepts, and is highlighted by its towering ceilings, a one-of-a-kind indoor water feature and a new walk-up cafe that will offer breakfast, late-night treats and cocktail service.
Additionally, The Lexi will ultimately offer a membership initiative that is part of Elevation Hotels & Resorts proprietary program, Elevations Nation, a community of individuals with a wanderlust mindset, cannabis enthusiasm, and taste for new experiences. Members will enjoy invitations to inclusive events, well-being activities and more.
Now under the leadership and ownership of Elevations Hotels and Resorts, The Lexi is the brainchild of Elevations President/CEO Alex Rizk.
“The Lexi allows the Elevations Hotels and Resorts brand to truly showcase our commitment to creating a new type of hotel concept that is defined not only by our acceptance and normalization of cannabis in the hospitality space, but also by our dedication to reclaim storied properties and transform them for the modern-day travelers,” said Rizk. “With The Lexi, our goal is to provide guests with something truly new in Las Vegas. We plan to personalize the guest experience through our unique Elevations Nation membership clubs, as well as through our distinctive on-property programming, and via partnerships within the community.”
