Huff, Niehaus & Associates Inc. arranged the sale of the SureStay by Best Western Bardstown General Nelson, located in Bardstown, KY, on behalf of Dhamdhani, LLC. The hotel was acquired by Vrindavan LLC.
Brandt Niehaus, president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates Inc. and member of Hotel Brokers International, was the broker in the transaction.
The 48-unit property has been completely renovated within the last two years. Bardstown is 35 miles south of Louisville, KY, and has the title of Bourbon Capital of the World. New ownership will continue the affiliation with Best Western.
