IHG Hotels & Resorts‘ avid hotels has opened its 60th property, avid hotel Atlanta – Conyers I-20, the brand’s sixth hotel in Georgia.
With 11 new openings in 2022 and an additional 145 in the pipeline across the Americas region, including 16 under construction, avid hotels is on pace to nearly quadruple in size in the coming years.

Owned by Comfort World USA LLC, the 95-room hotel features a fitness center and the complimentary Good all-around grab-and-go breakfast, along with bean-to-cup coffee. It is close to historic Olde Town Conyers, Georgia International Horse Park and Cherokee Run Golf Club, and is 24 miles east of downtown Atlanta.
Along with avid hotel Atlanta – Conyers I-20, other recently opened hotels include avid hotels – Fort Wayne North in Indiana, avid hotel Toronto – Vaughan Southwest and avid hotel Odessa Northwest in Texas. New openings for the brand later this year include properties in Tuscaloosa, AL; Austin; and Tulsa, OK.
