Hotels Open From Coast to Coast in the U.S.

NATIONAL REPORT—Brands such as AC Hotels, Staybridge Suites, TownePlace Suites and Lotte Hotels have opened new locations:

AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown
Crescent Hotels & Resorts has opened the 252-room AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown. It is the brand’s first hotel in Texas’ Tarrant County. The newly built 16-story hotel is located in downtown Fort Worth near Sundance Square, Bass Performing Hall and Fort Worth Convention Center. The property has gallery-like art installations; a library; outdoor space; a 24-hour fitness and wellness center; and more than 4,000 sq. ft. of event space with high-tech equipment. F&B outlets include AC Kitchen and AC Lounge.

Staybridge Suites Atlanta NE – Duluth
The newly built, five-floor Staybridge Suites Atlanta NE—Duluth, owned and operated by Duluth Capital Investments LLC, has opened. It is the first property in the country that uses the brand’s new “Next Generation 7.0” design scheme and offers 99 guest suites, each with a full, modern kitchen. Amenities include a 24-hour business center; a seasonal outdoor saltwater pool with a patio; fireplace and two barbecue grills; a fitness center; a meeting room with 600 sq. ft. of flexible space; and complimentary high-speed internet access.

TownePlace Suites Columbus North-OSU
TownePlace Suites Columbus North-OSU, owned by a joint venture between Crawford Hoying and Shaner Hotels, has opened. Shaner also operates the hotel. The property has 119 suite-style rooms, each equipped with a full kitchen, a dedicated home office and a separate living space, as well as a lounge, a fitness center, In a Pinch market, complimentary breakfast and free WiFi.

Lotte Hotel Seattle
Lotte Hotels & Resorts has opened the Lotte Hotel Seattle, its 12th international property and third in the U.S. with 189 rooms, including 33 suites, on the first to 16th floor of a 44-story building, the hotel also has 15 meeting rooms and banquet halls.
