The culinary and engineering teams joined forces to construct this year’s gingerbread house, a two-story-high Victorian house. The edible abode stands more than 25-ft. high, 35-ft. wide and 10.5-ft. deep and will feature more than 6,000 house-made gingerbread bricks—the hotel’s largest bricks to date—1,650 pounds of candy and 3,300 pounds of royal icing.
