Hotel owner, operator and developer Hotel Equities (HE) has promoted both David Rosenberg and Peter Tziahanas to EVP, operations, while Toi Brown has been elevated to SVP, human resources.

Rosenberg joined HE in 2020. His expertise is in analytics-driven decision-making and operational efficiency, according to the company. He will continue to support a significant portfolio and HE’s growing shared-services discipline while championing the use of analytics to drive operations across all facets of HE’s operations.
Since joining HE in 2021, Tziahanas has driven performance and heightened engagement with HE’s stakeholders at all levels, according to the company. His focus is on HE’s full-service and lifestyle division.
Brown has led various initiatives for HE since joining the firm in 2018. Under her leadership, the company increased its focus on associate wellness and benefits, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
