The Marquee Debuts as Newest Ascend Hotel Collection Member
The Marquee, part of the Bluegreen Vacations portfolio, is the latest addition to the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels International Inc. In New Orleans’ theater district, The Marquee has more than 90 one, two- and three-bedroom suites, a rooftop terrace, pool and fitness center. The 17-story hotel joins the nearby Bluegreen Vacations Club La Pension, also an Ascend Hotel Collection member, and complements Choice’s relationship with Florida-based Bluegreen Vacations Corporation. The property is close to Tulane University, the New Orleans Museum of Art and The Shops at Jax Brewery.
Texas’ Belmont Inn and Suites Tatum joins Magnuson Hotels
Magnuson Hotels has added Belmont Inn and Suites Tatum to the Magnuson Independent Collection. The Belmont Inn and Suites is located in Tatum, TX, on Highway 149, between the cities of Marshall and Longview. Eastman Chemical Company and Sysco Foods are also nearby.
Magnuson Hotel Adds Syracuse, NY Location
Magnuson Hotels has added Magnuson Hotel East Syracuse in New York State to the Magnuson family. The hotel has 75 rooms on Interstate 90 with access to Syracuse Hancock International Airport, Syracuse University and lots of local attractions. The hotel has a business suite and laundry service.
WorldHotels Adds Casa Andina Premium San Isidro to Its Portfolio
WorldHotels has a new member in Peru, Casa Andina Premium San Isidro. Casa Andina Premium San Isidro will open in January 2020 in Lima and is WorldHotels’ first hotel in Peru. Casa Andina Premium San Isidro will have 157 guestrooms, a gym, spa, swimming pool, rooftop terrace and on-site restaurant. With this new hotel, the Casa Andina chain opens its 30th hotel in Peru.
