Woodlark Combines Two Buildings in Portland, OR

Woodlark is now open in downtown Portland, OR. The 150-room hotel has breathed new life into two buildings—the Cornelius Hotel and the Woodlark Building. The hotel has 2,160 sq. ft. of meeting space, food and beverage offerings and a fitness center.

Following Renovation, Best Western Opens in Clairsville, OH

The Best Western St. Clairsville Inn & Suites is now open in Clairsville, OH. Owned by Bob Patel, the newly renovated hotel has 51 guestrooms, including 14 suites.

With amenities for both business and leisure travelers, there’s an indoor pool, full hot breakfast, fitness center and 24-hour laundry facilities. The hotel is located near companies like American Electric Power and local hospitals. Also nearby is the Wheeling Island Casino and Ohio Valley Mall.

St. Paul Hotel Opens Near Business and Entertainment Attractions

The 100­-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in St. Paul, MN, is now open. The all­-suite Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, developed by Kaeding Development LLC, owned by St. Paul Hotel Ventures LLC and managed by Compass45 Hospitality LLC of Bloomington, MN.

Situated in the heart of St. Paul’s business and entertainment district, the Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown offers its guests access to the Xcel Energy Center, the Saint Paul RiverCentre, the Minnesota State Capitol and the Minneapolis ­ St. Paul International Airport.
