Hodges Ward Elliott (HWE) has arranged the sale of Hyatt Regency Greenwich, a 373-key, four-story hotel located in Old Greenwich, CT.
The hotel resides on a 14-acre site adjacent to I-95, and is located between downtown Greenwich and downtown Stamford in Fairfield County. The property includes 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and salon.
The buyer, an investment fund managed by Honolulu-based Trinity Fund Advisors LLC, an affiliate of Trinity Real Estate Investments LLC, contemplates a renovation of the hotel’s guestrooms, lobby and meeting space, in addition to enhancing the overall amenities.
Greenwich is about 40 miles from Manhattan, making it a top regional commuter market. Hyatt Regency Greenwich is the largest (per key count) and only branded full-service hotel in the Greenwich area, according to HWE.
