Hilton properties open in and around Indianapolis

Recent openings in Indianapolis and its surrounding area include a dual-branded Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites property and a Home2 Suites hotel.

The dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Canal IUPUI has opened on the Indianapolis Canal Walk and across from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). The property is built on the historic religious site of the Bethel A.M.E. Church, which dates to 1869 and was added to the National Register in 1991.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast at both brands and 11,000 sq. ft. of event space, including an outdoor rooftop patio. The Homewood Suites property also features a complimentary manager’s reception on Wednesday evenings. Shared amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool and two outdoor patios with fire pits and a grill.

The seven-story property, developed and managed by SUN Development & Management Corporation and located in the Canal and White River State Park Cultural District, offers 123 Hampton Inn guestrooms and 108 Homewood rooms and suites, for a total of 231 guestrooms and suites. It is close to downtown Indianapolis, IUPUI, the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, as well as the Indiana Government Center, Indiana Historical Society, Madame Walker Legacy Center, Military Park, White River State Park and the Indianapolis Zoo.

Owned by Jetha Group and operated by Hotel Equities, the 107-suites Home2 Suites by Hilton Whitestown Indianapolis NW has made its debut in Whitestown, IN.

Each suite includes a fully accessorized kitchen and modular furniture, while the hotel offers signature Home2 Suites amenities such as the Spin2 Cycle combined laundry and fitness area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and the Inspired Table, a complimentary daily breakfast. Also on-site is an indoor pool, fire pit and grill area.
