Hunter Hotel Advisors has sold the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon in Florida.
MIG Real Estate sold the property to Mike Desai and Bruce Patel for an undisclosed amount. Robert Taylor, Sophia Pittaluga and Trey Scott of Hunter’s Miami and Jacksonville offices arranged the sale on behalf of MIG.
The Hilton Garden Inn Brandon provides 152 guestrooms and suites to serve the increasing traffic in Tampa. The property is proximate to the Florida State Fairgrounds and adjacent to a variety of corporate demand generators such as Cognizant Technology and Citigroup’s 92-acre corporate Tampa campus.
