HEI promotes Jeremy See to CCO

Hospitality investment and management company HEI Hotels & Resorts has promoted Jeremy See to the role of chief commercial officer.

“Jeremy is a remarkable strategist who has led HEI’s revenue management organization to the pinnacle of the industry,” stated Anthony Rutledge, CEO/managing partner, HEI Hotels & Resorts. “Under his leadership, HEI has become one of the most innovative and consistently successful top-line companies in the hotel management space, with an extraordinary track record of increasing market share year after year—a feat that few, if any, can match.”

A long-time associate with the company, See joined HEI’s Manager-in-Training development program in 2009. He served several on-property revenue roles in hotels in Boston and Detroit before being promoted through HEI’s revenue management organization. His roles over the past 12 years have included regional VP of revenue and later SVP of revenue management, a title he has held since 2020. In his role as chief commercial officer, See is responsible for overseeing HEI’s sales and revenue management disciplines, driving top-line business and maximizing the revenue potential of all HEI-managed hotels.

“Jeremy as much as anyone likes to win,” Rutledge added. “Through his never-stop approach to finding more top-line success, Jeremy has created incredible value in owners’ and partners’ real estate over the past decade.”
