HEI Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the 354-room Marriott Jacksonville Downtown Hotel in Jacksonville, FL.
Owned by L+R Hotels, the hotel sits along the St. John’s River and is near city attractions, cultural arts and sports venues, the convention center and corporate headquarters offices.

The hotel provides a rooftop swimming pool with views of the St. John’s River and city skyline, and nine meeting rooms that comprise nearly 13,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, including a 7,000-sq.-ft. ballroom. The hotel’s food and beverage facilities include a three-meal restaurant, a coffee shop and a lobby lounge. A comprehensive renovation of the hotel is in the planning stages with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
