Chesky’s responsibilities include advising executive management on legal matters regarding a wide range of commercial transactions, regulatory issues, international and domestic policy-making decisions, and formulating business, operational and legal strategies. In addition, he leads legal and compliance teams to oversee current, future and strategic matters. He reports to Jon Lucas, COO, Hard Rock International.

“We’re thrilled to recognize Frank and see him take on a bigger leadership role after seven years of providing his legal and business expertise to Hard Rock International and other sectors of our business, most recently as our interim general counsel,” said Lucas.

Chesky has been practicing law for nearly 25 years, with the last 14 years specializing in gaming law. He joined Hard Rock in 2017, as the VP/general counsel for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City as part of the team that opened the property in June 2018. “I’m grateful to continue my career at such an iconic travel and lifestyle company,” he said. “I look forward to this next chapter and leveraging my legal experience and business acumen to continue serving the best interests of Hard Rock and the guests we entertain.”

Before joining Hard Rock, he was EVP/general counsel for Sportech Inc.
