A regional owner and operator has purchased the Hampton Inn Norfolk Naval Base. Hunter Hotel Advisors’ Chase Perry, VP, represented the institutional seller.
The 117-key hotel sits adjacent to Naval Station Norfolk, which is the world’s largest naval air station and is home to more than 121,000 military and civilian personnel. It is close to Sewells Point Golf Course, Nauticus Maritime Museum and the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Amenities for the four-story property include an indoor pool, fitness center and business center.
