Argentinian business group Glokal Group, in partnership with Blue Road, a Miami-based integrated real estate developer, have broken ground on the Dolce by Wyndham Miami in South Beach.
The $40-million, new-construction project, located in the Art Deco District, will be located two blocks away from the Miami Beach Convention Center.
The 90-room property will be operated by AADESA Hotel Management and Blue Road, both with more than 20 years of experience in hotel management,

The property is scheduled to open in 2026. Upon opening, the hotel will generate more than 45 new jobs in the local community.
