Azul Hospitality Group has appointed Giorgio Saturnino as VP, food & beverage. He brings more than 20 years of experience in F&B to the company.
He has led operations across multiple outlets, driving improvements in service, efficiency and financial performance, according to the company. His background includes leadership roles at luxury hotels, including the Fairmont Grand Del Mar and several Four Seasons properties across Hawaii and the mainland U.S. He also oversaw the brewery and restaurant operations of Ballast Point, which generated more than $45 million in annual revenue.
