First Hospitality promotes seven senior leaders

First Hospitality, a national hotel management and development company, has promoted Jenna Fishel to SVP, revenue generation; Emily Dailey to VP, marketing; Mike Kuzmar to VP, analytics; Mirela Longoni to VP, revenue strategies; Anthony Leitz and Nick Johnson to VP, operations; and Jared Heglin to regional VP, operations.

Fishel (pictured above)  has up-leveled and grown the revenue management department to produce industry-leading results, according to the company. Throughout the past couple of years, she took on oversight of the marketing department, and last year the regional sales team. In her new role, she focuses on topline results and drives profitability into First Hospitality’s properties.

Dailey has successfully enabled the growth and support of the marketing department, and her efforts in First Hospitality marketing have helped to improve presentation delivery to current and potential owners and investors. As VP, marketing, she enhances support for business development, PR & brand communication, internal communications and First Hospitality’s property marketing team.

Kuzmar has been pivotal in expanding First Hospitality’s data capabilities through the pandemic, allowing the business to efficiently produce data needed for investors and owners, the company reports. Additionally, his work on First Analytics, First Hospitality’s proprietary revenue management platform, has helped increase the company’s portfolio results. In his new role, he continues to enhance the analytical capabilities of the expanding portfolio and extend the reach of the business’ current platforms to additional layers at First Hospitality.

Longoni has worked diligently to improve First Hospitality’s portfolio results and owner relationships. In her role as VP, revenue strategies, she helps spearhead the talent pipeline for the growing portfolio. Additionally, she is taking on a greater role in expense ownership of the revenue generation department.

Leitz has worked diligently in all areas of property oversight and in supporting First Hospitality’s development team as a whole, allowing him to be a strong and experienced representative of the company in front of owners and investors. In his new role, he oversees the operations department on a day-to-day basis.

Johnson has excelled in a multitude of areas during his tenure at First Hospitality, allowing him to seamlessly transition into his new role. In this position, he works closely with the development team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the business’ expanding portfolio. He has been instrumental in working with the development team and has successfully helped build the company’s current portfolio.

Heglin successfully launched Hilton’s first tri-branded property at McCormick Place in Chicago as the managing director. In his new, expanded role, he also oversees additional Chicagoland properties including the Ambassador Chicago, Hampton Inn & Suites Bridgeview and the Homewood Suites Orland Park.
