Extended Stay America has opened the Extended Stay Premier Suites Fredericksburg, located in Virginia. The property was developed and will be managed by the owner KARA Hospitality.
The four-story, 92-room, newly constructed property features complimentary WiFi, free breakfast, premium cable, a fitness room, an outside grilling area, on-site guest laundry and the brand’s signature spacious lobby with additional vending options. In addition, the rooms include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes, as well as pillowtop beds, recliners and a spacious workspace.
