Extended Stay America adds two properties

The Extended Stay America brand has expanded its footprint with openings in North Dakota and Texas.

ESH Strategies Franchise LLC has opened the first Extended Stay America Suites in North Dakota in Minot.

The three-story, 66-room Extended Stay America Suites Minot is owned by Elevation LLC and operated by National Hospitality Services. It features a 24-hour market, onsite bar, business center, meeting space, daily complimentary breakfast, outdoor pavilion with fireplace and grills, complimentary WiFi and onsite laundry. The more than 440-sq.-ft. suites include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetop, cookware, utensils, dishes and walk-in closets.

The property is two miles from downtown Minot and close to Roosevelt Park Zoo, Minot State University, Minot International Airport and Minot Air Force Base.

Extended Stay America Suites Baytown
ESH Strategies Franchise LLC has opened the Extended Stay America Suites Baytown in Baytown, TX.

The three-story, 82-room property is owned by WIG Baytown LLC. It features complimentary WiFi, premium cable, a S.T.A.Y.F.I.T. fitness room, STAYCLEAN laundry room and the signature STAYPLAY lobby with additional vending options. In addition, the rooms include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetop and at-request cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as pillowtop beds, recliners and workspaces.

The hotel is located near Lynchburg Ferry, San Jacinto Mall, Pirates Bay Waterpark, Fred Hartman Bridge and Royal Purple Raceway.
