Rosewood Hotel Group Appoints Shelley Perkins to Chief Talent and Culture Officer
Shelley Perkins has been appointed chief talent and culture officer of Rosewood Hotel Group. She will lead the global human resources organization, provide strategic guidance and support to the group and play a critical role in ensuring Rosewood’s human capital meets the organization’s growth plan.

Perkins brings with her more than two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Prior to joining Rosewood Hotel Group, her career has taken her across the world to well-known global destinations, including Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and, most recently, Paris, where she held the position of SVP of talent management for Accor Hotels. Previously, she was group director of human resources for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Hong Kong, and also spent 15 years growing The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company’s international portfolio through her various progressive human resources roles.

Best Western Hotels & Resorts Appoints Anthony Klok as New Board Chairman
Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ board of directors has elected Anthony Klok as board chairman for 2019. Klok previously served as vice chairman of the board of directors. A University of Illinois Champaign graduate, he began his career in hospitality as co-founder and principal of Rebel Hospitality.

CSM Corporation Names Mark Prince as President of Lodging and Residential Properties
CSM Corporation has appointed Mark Prince as president of the company’s lodging and residential properties divisions. He will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of more than 6,600 hotel rooms and 2,500 residential units under CSM management.

Prince comes to CSM after eight years as divisional VP of operations and COO of Holiday Retirement. Prior to that, he served as president of Pluris Management Group and regional/area VP with White Lodging Services, a developer and manager of premium brand hotels.
