Erin Zitelli-Davis has joined the sales team at Lodging Partners LLC, a member of Hotel Brokers International.
She has worked with hotel developers and operators for more than seven years and specializes in hotel brokerage, site selection and development, according to Lodging Partners. She has completed nearly $100 million in lease transactions and has closed more than $50 million in land transaction sales. She has negotiated terms and pricing for complex land transactions ranging from $3 million-$12 million in value, and she assists in multiple aspects of the development process including acquisition, zoning/entitlements, design and permitting.
In addition, she has developed relationships across major hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Choice, as well as several boutique-branded hotels.
