Embassy Suites projects strong growth in 2022

Embassy Suites by Hilton will debut eight new properties this year, marking a year of strong brand growth. The newest location in Round Rock, TX, Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock, opened on April 4 and establishes a busy development year for the full-service all-suites brand.

Embassy Suites currently offers more than 255 hotels in five countries and territories, and has a pipeline of 40 properties, with upcoming openings that include the 506-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown, the largest Embassy Suites property in the U.S., and Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort, its first resort in the island vacation destination that will begin accepting reservations this fall.

Recent and upcoming Embassy Suites hotels expected to open this year:

Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda (Bethesda, MD)—Opened in February
The newly opened 11-story Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda is close to Washington, DC, and minutes from the Beltway. The 272-suite hotel features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, an on-site restaurant and more than 5,400 sq. ft. of event space. Guests can choose from a variety of two-room suites with separate bedrooms and living rooms.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock (Round Rock, TX)—Opened in April
The opening of Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock marked the 60,000-key milestone for the brand. Located within minutes of Austin, Round Rock is known as the “Sports Capital of Texas,” providing travelers with an array of activities and attractions. Guests of this 180-suite property can find more than 17,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, a grand ballroom for up to 600 guests and Bar Louie, the gastrobar’s only location in the Austin area.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown (Nashville)—Expected to open in May
The 506-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown is soon-to-be the newest all-suite hotel in the heart of Music City and the largest Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel in the U.S. The hotel will have more than 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, offer views of Nashville’s skyline from the 30th-floor rooftop pool and feature daily live music from Nashville’s up-and-coming talent at the in-house restaurant and bar.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North (Hapeville, GA)—Expected to open in May
The 178-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North will offer suites and free shuttles to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. In addition to an inviting atrium and more than 3,900 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, the hotel’s very own Brickstones Kitchen & Bar offers a modern bar and social hub.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Alpharetta Halcyon (Alpharetta, GA)—Expected to open in July
The 160-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Alpharetta Halcyon is surrounded by Halcyon’s collection of curated shops and restaurants and will be the place to stay before hiking the Big Creek Greenway or after a show at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. In addition to free breakfast, evening reception and nearly 6,800 sq. ft. of event space, the hotel’s very own Local Kitchen & Tap offers some of Alpharetta’s best craft beer offerings.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY)—Expected to open in July
Embassy Suites by Hilton Bowling Green is close to the best of what the university city has to offer. Automotive enthusiasts will be close to the National Corvette Museum while hilltoppers can hit the western Kentucky trails and caverns of nearby Mammoth Cave National Park. The 195-suite hotel is complemented by nearly 4,000 sq. ft. of event space and Tony’s Steak and Seafood.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort (Eagle Beach, Aruba)—Expected to open later this year
The first Aruba property for Embassy Suites and second Hilton resort on the island, Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort (pictured above) will welcome guests to Aruba’s Eagle Beach later this year. Eagle Beach’s newest addition will provide 330 suites with views of the Caribbean. It will feature nearly 7,000 sq. ft. of event space.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach (Panama City Beach, FL)—Expected to open later this year
The 255-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach is located in the city’s Pier Park area. Guests will have access to the beach and enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the outdoor pool, on-site restaurant and 3,800-sq.-ft. upper-level, social, catering and event space.
