Crescent Hotels & Resorts Adds The Mayfair Hotel L.A.
The 296-room Mayfair Hotel in Los Angeles has joined Crescent Hotels & Resorts Latitudes collection of lifestyle hotels. Recently renovated, the Mayfair Hotel is located in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles. The guestrooms include suites up to 1,200 sq. ft.

Two Roads Hospitality Assumes Management of The Elms Hotel & Spa
Two Roads Hospitality has assumed management of The Elms Hotel & Spa in Excelsior Springs, MO, as part of its Destination Hotels brand. Located 30 minutes from Kansas City and owned by Chicago-based Horizon-Midway Group with Horizon Hotel Group as its asset management company, The Elms is located 30 minutes from Kansas City, MO.

Columbia Hospitality Expands Washington Portfolio 
Columbia Hospitality has agreed to manage The Inn at Abeja and Abeja vineyards in Walla Walla, WA. The Inn at Abeja and vineyards were sold to a group of investors with local ties on April 27. The new ownership, The Inn at Abeja Vineyards LLC, includes Columbia Hospitality CEO and founder John Oppenheimer, who is the majority owner, Arnie Prentice of USI Kibble & Prentice, and Ken and Ginger Harrison, who founded Abeja in 2000.

HMC Assumes Management of Holiday Inn Express Memphis, TN
Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) has added the Holiday Inn Express Mephis East I-240 to its property portfolio. This 130-room property’s amenities include a complimentary hot breakfast, high speed Internet, microwaves and refrigerators. The hotel is equipped with a seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, suite shop and a meeting room.
