Crescent Hotels and Resorts and Island Hospitality Management have added new properties to their portfolios.
Crescent now managing the Marriott Boston Quincy
The Marriott Boston Quincy (pictured above), south of Boston, has joined Crescent Hotels and Resorts’ portfolio of managed properties. The hotel recently underwent an extensive renovation, introducing 464 newly renovated guestrooms and event space.
The hotel has a fitness center powered by Reebok, which is accessible 24/7. Additionally, there is an indoor pool.
The venue has more than 17,300 sq. ft. of event space and 19 event venues that can be configured into smaller breakout rooms. The largest space, a ballroom, can seat 650 attendees with audiovisual equipment and a dancefloor. When presented theater style, it can seat up to 1,200 attendees. Another ballroom includes access to an outdoor terrace that overlooks a private courtyard.
Island Hospitality assumes operations of Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach
Island Hospitality Management has taken over operations of the 111-room Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach in Florida on behalf of Chatham Lodging Trust.
The is situated off Highway 98, about a half-mile from Silver Sands Premium Outlets in the Florida Panhandle. Guestrooms feature a microwave and small refrigerator, 27 of which are enhanced with Gulf-view balconies. Additional hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, 24/7 fitness center, business center and approximately 900 sq. ft. of meeting space.
