CoralTree Hospitality has hired a new global sales director and a spa and wellness director. It has also made home office operations and commercial services promotions.

From a new corporate spa and wellness position to growing our global sales team, we are adding positions that set our home office and property teams up for success.”
Maggy Dunphy has joined the company in the newly created position of senior director of wellness and spa operations. She has opened and renovated spa and wellness programs at resort and city properties for more than 25 years. She has experience working with both independent and branded properties. She has worked with a wide range of properties coast-to-coast including Glade Springs Spa at Suncadia, The Spa at Cliff House in Maine and The Spa at Spruce Peak in Stowe. Dunphy is based remotely in Vermont.
John Drugan has been promoted to regional director of operations, openings and transitions. He most recently was the GM for CoralTree’s Eddy Taproom & Hotel in Golden, CO. In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing new hotel openings and transitions as well regional oversight of The Eddy, Galleria Park Hotel in San Francisco and Claridge House in Chicago. Drugan is based out of the home office in Colorado.
Michelle Olewinski joins CoralTree as the newest global sales director overseeing the Midwest region. She brings extensive experience to the CoralTree team having held several different sales positions with luxury brands and independent hotels in key markets such as Chicago and Southern California. She most recently was director of national accounts for the Fairmont Hotel in Austin, where she managed relationships with key vertical accounts such as Maritz, Abbott and First Trust.
The home office marketing team recently added Ashleigh Irving as marketing director for the company. In her new role, she provides corporate support for several properties on the East Coast including the new Pier Sixty-Six Resort, which is slated to open in 2024, and Lake Nona Wave Hotel. She also supports several of the residential resorts in the company’s collection such as Suncadia and Sunriver. Irving joined CoralTree from Wild Dunes Resort where she was marketing director and oversaw e-marketing, public relations, web development, social media and advertising for more than a decade.
