Huff, Niehaus & Associates Inc. has brokered the sale of the Comfort Inn East Evansville, located in Evansville, IN, on behalf of Priyansu Hotels LLC.
The three-story, limited-service property features 111 units and is located in the third-largest city in Indiana. Evansville is the hub of a 24-county regional economic area and is recognized as the center of trade for a portion of Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
Shriv Shakti Hospitality Inc. acquired the hotel for less than $50,000/room. New ownership will continue the affiliation with Choice Hotels and has planned improvements for the hotel. Brandt Niehaus, president, Huff, Niehaus & Associates Inc., and member of Hotel Brokers International, was the broker in the transaction.
