BANGKOK—Centara Hotels & Resorts, a hotel operator in Thailand, is further expanding its presence in Vietnam, following the signing of hotel management agreements (HMAs) for two large-scale resorts being developed by Novaland Group, a Vietnamese property and real estate developer.
