Mumford Company represented the James M. Bowen Company in the sale of the Best Western Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, VA. This is the third sale over the past decade in which Mumford Company has represented the sellers.
The buyers are a local investment group with hospitality and other business interests in the Fredericksburg area. They plan to make cosmetic renovations to the hotel and retain the Best Western affiliation.
David B. Mumford, senior principal in Mumford Company’s Newport News, VA, headquarters, along with Justin Pinkard, managing principal in the firm’s Washington, DC, office and Carter Willcox, VP, assisted in the sale of the property.
