The Loren at Lady Bird Lake has opened in Austin as the first U.S. hotel for The Loren Hotels and Residences brand. Featuring 108 guestrooms and suites, all with lake and city views, the hotel offers Nido restaurant, milk + honey spa, a 24/7 fitness center, a rooftop terrace with infinity pool and a signature event space with 180-degree views.
The property joins the brand’s flagship hotel, The Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda, which opened in 2017.

The Loren brand worked with a number of advisors during the development of The Loren at Lady Bird Lake including Rhode Partners, Drenner Group, Hoar Construction and Fleur-de-lis Interior Design.
King accommodations offer floor-to-ceiling windows and bathrooms with natural stone, walk-in spa showers, bathrobes, SFERRA towels and Malin+Goetz products. One- and two-bedroom suites feature panoramic views of Lady Bird Lake to the north and feature a seating area. The Loren Suite and Premier Suite offer balconies with views of choice, from Lady Bird Lake and Downtown Austin to Texas Hill Country.
