Owner-operator Aparium Hotel Group has launched Aparium For, a new third-party management platform designed to support soft-branded and philosophically aligned hard-branded lifestyle hotels seeking specialized operational expertise.
For more than a decade, Aparium Hotel Group has developed, owned and operated one-of-one independent hotels that “deliver strong financial performance while remaining deeply connected to their local markets,” according to the company. As major hotel brands increasingly acquire independent lifestyle properties, the company sees a growing need for operators with the experience to execute lifestyle hospitality at scale without diluting identity or the guest experience.
“Affiliating an independent hotel with a soft brand provides access to distribution and scale, but it doesn’t solve the operational complexity of running a true lifestyle hotel,” said Mario Tricoci, CEO/founder, Aparium Hotel Group. “These properties require an operator who understands how to shape the guest journey, the food and beverage program, the culture and the financial model as intentionally as the brand story itself.
