Aimbridge to manage the Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia

Aimbridge Hospitality has been selected to manage the 233-room Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia hotel, which will be operated within its Full Service division. The new property, located 13 miles northeast of Los Angeles and close to Santa Anita Racetrack and Santa Anita Golf Course, opened last year and is owned by Chateau Group USA and Mingzhu LLC. The hotel will transition to Aimbridge management by year-end.

“We look forward to operating this distinctive hotel on behalf of the ownership group,” said Rob Smith, divisional president, Aimbridge Full Service. “Our commitment to providing elevated, differentiated experiences for guests will leave a lasting impression. Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia represents a design-forward approach, and the Mid-Century modern aesthetic combines with meaningful amenities to make this hotel a destination of choice for travelers to Southern California.”

Hotel amenities include Le Méridien Hub, a modern reinterpretation of the traditional hotel lobby, according to the brand, as well as Longitude 118 restaurant, The High Tea Lounge, a fitness center, a convenience store, an outdoor pool, dry cleaning service and room service. The property also features more than 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting rooms and event space, including seven event rooms and six breakout rooms.
