NATIONAL REPORT—Hotel Business has been rounding up management contracts. Here’s what we found:

Commonwealth Hotels Adds Two Hotels
Commonwealth Hotels LLC has added the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn & Suites Dayton Beavercreek hotels to its portfolio. The addition of the Marriott hotels expands the management company’s nationwide portfolio to 46 properties with more than 5,600 rooms.

Apple Leisure Group Expands Mexico Resort Footprint
AMResorts has signed four new resort management contracts: Secrets Punta de Mita Resort & Spa; Dreams Punta de Mita Resort & Spa; Now Natura Riviera Cancun; and Secrets Marina Resort & Spa.

Cycas Enters French Market
Cycas Hospitality has signed a lease agreement to operate the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels close to Paris Charles De Gaulle airport.Developed by Kaufman & Broad, the hotels are set to open in the second half of 2020. Cycas currently operates Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport.

Hotel Equities to Operate Property in Toronto
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has been appointed to manage a new-build Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott-Toronto East located in Ajax, Ontario. Owned by Attica Hotels Ltd. and developed by Suncity Development Ltd. of Toronto, the 120-room property is scheduled to break ground in July.

Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa Joins Benchmark’s Portfolio
Benchmark has added Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa to its portfolio. The Four Diamond Resort is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection.

Banyan Adds Two Hilton Family Hotels
Banyan Investment Group has added and will operate the 120-room Hilton Garden Inn Columbus and the 91-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus, both in Georgia, bringing its combined portfolio of owned and operated hotels nationwide to 16. The company also will oversee $3.8 million in renovations and enhancements to the hotels.

Hospitality Management Corp. Adds Best Western Casa Villa Suites to Portfolio
Hospitality Management Corp. has added the 66-room Best Western Casa Villa Suites in Harlingen, TX, to its portfolio of managed hotels. The company continues its ongoing business expansion, which is made up of full-service, conference center, select-service and limited-service hotels.
