Keypr Releases Major Platform Release
Cloud-based technology platform company Keypr has released an upgrade to its platform, including a variety of features and major enhancements to existing features. The new platform will generally enhance connectivity across the Keypr ecosystem. It’s also expected to simplify integrations with other technology and content providers, such as iHeartMedia.
Bissell Invests in Maidbot
Maidbot Inc. has received a strategic investment from Bissell Inc. Bissell led the investment round with participation from existing and new investors, including 1517 Fund, Comet Labs, and Rough Draft Ventures, along with strategic hospitality and industrial cleaning organizations. The investment will help the company expand its sales and marketing efforts, build out its engineering capabilities, and accelerate Maidbot’s transition to mass production.

Outrigger Enterprises Group Partners With Ctrip.com
Outrigger Enterprises Group has added 26 of its own properties to Ctrip.com as part of an existing partnership agreement with one of China’s leading travel platforms. The partnership between Ctrip and Outrigger started in 2014, focusing on select resorts in the Asia-Pacific and Indian Oceans.
Modus Hotels Selects Vertical Booking CRS for Enterprise-level Hotel Distribution Across Portfolio
Washington, DC-based Modus Hotels has selected Vertical Booking, a global reservation technology company, to provide reservation solutions for its collection of boutique hotels. All independent Modus Hotels will be transitioning to the Vertical Booking Enterprise-level solution, which includes a channel manager, GDS connectivity, a responsive booking engine, a call-center application, and a metasearch management toolkit.
